People who drive real technology projects
Efiprox comes together when engineering, automation, product, and data profiles share the same goal: for technology to stop being a burden that is hard to explain and become something you improve day by day without unnecessary friction.
We design and build solutions close to the business: custom software, integrations, automation, and applied artificial intelligence where it delivers measurable value.

A simple idea behind the name
Before writing any code, we want to understand how you work: what bothers you day to day, and which change would save the most time or money without complicating things for the people who run each process.
We prefer to move in stages: deliver one part, see whether it works and adjust before investing more.
What it is usually like to work with us
- We listen to the real context. We do not start from briefings alone: we need to see how information flows, who decides, and which tools already live alongside yours.
- A clear proposal before execution. Scope, risks, priorities, and what we will not do matter just as much as the features you want.
- Close-knit delivery. Regular progress meetings, milestone demos, and direct communication so you never get the typical IT “black box.”
- Build and evolve. Once live, we help keep the service stable and improve it as usage and goals change.
What we share as a team
Simple principles so the project and the team stay aligned.
Clarity over noise
Understandable language, explained decisions, and enough documentation so you are not tied to a single person.
Practical quality
Resilience in everyday use, security within your means, and code another team could pick up if needed.
Real partnership
We do not vanish when the project is “handed over”: adoption, initial support, and follow-up tweaks are part of how we usually work.
