Eficlinics is the management software for physiotherapy clinics that we build at Efiprox. Each clinic gets its own website: patients book from their phone and the team runs the calendar, records, consent forms and invoicing.
It is priced per clinic per month, from €49, with no lock-in. Patients from one clinic never mix with those of another.

Eficlinics did not start from a feature list. We built it with Elena Valls Fisioterapia, a clinic that treats patients every day.
Working with a real clinic meant solving concrete cases: sessions that last as long as they need, several physiotherapists, session packs and consent forms signed before treatment.
Elena Valls is still the clinic and Eficlinics is the software. What was learned there (booking without calling, having the record at hand and following rehabilitation outside the treatment room) is what other clinics now use.
If your clinic needs something more, we build it
Eficlinics covers the calendar, patients and rehabilitation. When a clinic needs something that is not there yet, we build it at Efiprox on top of Eficlinics and it lives on that clinic's website.
- An integration with a tool you already use: an external calendar, accounting or the front-desk system.

Can patients book without calling?
Yes. They open the clinic's website, choose a physiotherapist, day and time, and the appointment goes into the calendar. They do not need to sign up to book.
Does it include invoicing with VERI*FACTU?
Yes. Patient invoicing and VERI*FACTU submission are part of the basic module. Each clinic's tax set-up is decided by its accountant.
How are Eficlinics and Efiprox related?
Eficlinics is an Efiprox product. We build and maintain it, and we also handle the custom development each clinic needs.
