How Efiprox works
A process you can follow even if you don't think about code all day
We like you to know what is happening at every point: what we have understood about how you operate, what we propose to do first and why, and when you will have something usable in your hands. The technology sits behind; up front there are clear conversations and deliveries you can check.

Why we work in stages instead of building blind
Many projects fail not because of the tech stack but because nobody mapped the problem properly before building. That is why we spend real time on the diagnosis: talking to the people who run the processes, looking at the data available and finding where time or money is really being lost. Without that step, any roadmap is guesswork.
Then we prioritise with you: what goes first because of its impact and what can wait. That way the first deliveries already give you something to use and useful feedback, instead of waiting months for a big launch that nobody has tried.
How we move forward, in five steps you will actually remember
These are not consultancy labels: it is the order in which we usually move a project forward with you.
Shared diagnosis
Open-minded meetings, a review of workflows and a focus on bottlenecks. We come out with a common map of the problem: what hurts, what data exists and what constraints there are (legal, technical or people).
Solution design
A concrete proposal: scope, a sensible architecture and, just as important, what is left out. You get priorities and a milestone plan with realistic dates, not random promises.
Delivery in stages
We build in short cycles with demos: you see tangible progress, you can change course, and we reduce the risk of ending up with something nobody will use.
Measurement and validation
We agree on simple indicators (time saved, errors avoided, real adoption). Measuring is not micromanagement: it is knowing whether what we put in place does what we said it would.
Evolution and support
Businesses change, and software should be able to keep up. We fine-tune, extend and are available when a review or a new iteration is needed.

What you will notice day to day
- Fewer "what does this do?" moments: we explain technical decisions in business terms when needed, and if something is optional, we say so.
- Meetings with an agenda: regular follow-up without flooding your calendar. You know where the work stands and what is left for the next milestone.
- Useful documentation, not decoration: just enough for your in-house team to run and extend it without always depending on us.
