We don’t publish a fixed price. We explain how yours is built.
A list price would be guesswork: the same kind of work does not cost the same if an ERP needs wiring, if you start from an existing system, or if the deadline means more people in parallel. Here is what moves the quote, and how we give you a real one with a bounded scope.
What moves the price
We quote against a concrete scope. These five factors are what change the work — and therefore the figure — from one project to the next.
Scope
What is in and what is out. Automating a notification is not the same as a management module or a whole system. The clearer the perimeter, the more useful the proposal.
Required integrations
Connecting an ERP, CRM, WhatsApp, payment gateways or third-party APIs adds analysis, testing and risk that a standalone prototype never shows. Every external system counts.
Desired timeline
A short calendar means more people at once or a smaller first delivery. We talk that through before we commit dates: we don’t promise miracles at the expense of quality.
From scratch or on top of what exists
Inheriting code, data or a previous website sometimes speeds things up; sometimes it needs cleanup first. The diagnosis is there so we don’t quote blind on what you already have.
Ongoing maintenance
Hosting, fixes, evolution and support are not the same agreement as a one-off build. If continuity is needed, the quote says so in plain language — not in the small print.
Project types, by name
These are not priced packs. They are ways of working we already do: each has a typical scope and a different rhythm. The figure comes once we bound yours.
One-off automation
A concrete flow that is still done by hand and can be bounded: alerts, data dumps, a recurring report, a bridge between two tools.
See process automationModular custom software
A bespoke application, built module by module: first the process that hurts most, then the next. Not «the whole system» in one go.

Getting Efiprox’s AI assistant live (web and/or WhatsApp), with your spaces and company knowledge. This is a product rollout, not a custom build.

A company site built to explain what you do, rank, and turn visits into conversations. This is not a custom platform.

There is no simulator to fill in. We talk, we bound the work, and we send a proposal with a perimeter. If it is not a fit, we say so.
- 01
Free 30-minute diagnosis
A conversation to understand the problem, the current systems and whether it makes sense to go further. No commitment, and we will not inflate the scope to make the quote «look complete».
- 02
A closed proposal in 48–72 hours
You get scope, out of scope, approach and terms. A figure for that perimeter — not an endless range, and not an hourly rate in disguise.
- 03
If it fits, we start in milestones
We prioritise a first delivery you can actually use. The rest is planned once the diagnosis and the proposal are on the table.
