If you are looking for a custom software company in Alicante, the lists that show up first mix companies from the province with others that only have a landing page here. This article covers five companies based in the province, what each one says about itself on its website, and the criteria for choosing.
We wrote it ourselves at Efiprox, and we are one of the five. That is why there is no ranking and no scores: we stick to facts you can check on each company's website, consulted in October 2026, and explain which kind of project each profile suits.
There were two criteria to be on the list: the company itself states an office in the province of Alicante, and it offers custom development. It is not a complete list; more companies meet both criteria.
Five custom software companies based in the province of Alicante
They are in alphabetical order. For each one we say where it is, what it offers according to its website, and when it makes sense to call it.
Efiprox (Ibi)
We are a company from Ibi founded in 2025, with a team of four. We build custom software, artificial intelligence solutions, automations and integrations with ERP and CRM systems. We have published cases, including a production order application connected to the ERP of a packaging manufacturer in Ibi, in use within about two months.
A good fit if you are an industrial or service SME that needs a specific application connected to what you already use, and you want to talk directly to the people building it. Not a fit if your project needs dozens of people or round-the-clock support: we are a small team and a young company.
Grupo ZAS (Aspe)
According to its website, Grupo ZAS is based in Aspe, with more than 16 years of experience and more than 600 projects. It offers custom ERP and CRM, web development and e-commerce, as well as digital marketing and branding.
A good fit if you want one provider for management software, website and digital marketing.
I2E, Ingeniería Informática Empresarial (Alicante)
I2E is based in Alicante. Its website presents custom software and application development, IT consulting and cloud systems, and states that it holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
A good fit if security and quality certifications are a requirement for your project, for example because a client or a tender demands them.
Mindden Soft Tech (Alicante)
Mindden Soft Tech is based in Alicante. According to its website, it has more than 200 professionals and offers managed services, project support, a technical support centre and applied artificial intelligence, for sectors such as retail, industry, energy, logistics and healthcare.
A good fit if you need a large team or want to outsource a service on an ongoing basis, rather than commission a one-off application.
Softnet Sistemas (Alicante)
Softnet Sistemas is based in Alicante and, according to its website, has been operating since 1996. Its offering centres on ERP and point-of-sale systems, online store and ERP integration, time tracking, and Spanish e-invoicing and Verifactu compliance.
A good fit if your need is closer to implementing an ERP or connecting your online store than to building an application from scratch.
Before trusting a list, check where the company is based
Several lists of the “best software companies in Alicante” include companies whose office is in another province and that have a page dedicated to Alicante. That is not a problem if you are going to work remotely, but it is worth knowing.
The check takes a minute: open the company's legal notice or contact page and look at the address. If your project takes place in a plant or a warehouse, a team that can come and see how the work is done saves many misunderstandings.
How to choose: six questions worth asking
They apply to any company on the list, including ours.
- Have you done something similar? Ask for a specific case, with the starting problem, the timeline and the outcome.
- Who will my contact be? Ask whether you will talk to the people building it or to a salesperson.
- Does it connect to my ERP? A stand-alone application forces you to type the data twice.
- Who owns the code? Have ownership of and access to the code put in writing.
- What happens after delivery? Ask how changes and maintenance are charged.
- Will there be partial deliveries? Seeing something working within a few weeks reduces risk.
If you want to go deeper into each point, we cover them in how to choose a software development company.
How long a project takes and what it costs
It depends on the scope, which is why you should be wary of any figure given before someone understands your process. As a reference for timelines, the projects we have published were in use between one and two months after starting.
On price, we explain what drives it in how much custom software costs.
Does your project fit what we do?
Tell us which process you want to solve and which systems you work with. We will tell you whether we can help or whether another kind of provider suits you better.
Decision stage
Move forward with a concrete plan
If the problem is clear and you want execution, we propose a measurable next step: audit, scope, or proposal.
Frequently asked questions
How many custom software companies are there in Alicante?
There is no official register. Directories mix companies based in the province with outside companies that have a page for Alicante. That is why we only list five whose office we checked on their own website.
Is it better to hire a local software company?
It is not essential, but it helps when the project takes place in a plant, a warehouse or a workshop: a team that can come and see how the work is done avoids misunderstandings. For purely digital projects it matters less.
How long does a custom software project take?
It depends on the scope. As a reference, the projects Efiprox has published were in use between one and two months after starting.
Custom software or a standard ERP?
If your process is the usual one in your sector, a standard ERP is usually enough. Custom software makes sense when the process is specific to your company or when you need an application that complements the ERP and connects to it.
Why does this list have no ranking?
Because it is written by Efiprox, which is one of the companies listed. A ranking made by an interested party would not be reliable, so we stick to facts anyone can check on each company's website.
